ANALISIS SISTEM ANTRIAN SEPEDA MOTOR PADA STASIUN PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR UMUM (SPBU) 44.501.12 PONCOL

This study aims to analyze the motorcycle queuing system at SPBU 44.501.12 Poncol Semarang, specifically for Pertalite fuel refilling services. The primary issue addressed is the prolonged customer waiting time due to limited service facilities, which leads to customer's dissatisfaction and potential traffic congestion around the gas station. This research employed a quantitative approach using the M/M/S queuing model (Multi Channel Single Phase). Data were collected through direct observation of customer's arrivals and service times. The result indicated that the current queuing system was not optimal, as shown by the high average waiting time. The study recommends adding service lanes or optimizing operator work schedules to improve service efficiency and reduce queue lengths.
