PENGARUH DISIPIN KERJA, ETOS KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SATUAN KERJA BIRO LOGISTIK POLDA JAWA TENGAN
This study aims to analysis the influence of work discipline, work ethic, and work environment on employee performance at the Central Java Regional Police Logistics Bureau Work Unit. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection technique through questionnaires. The result of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on improving employee performance, where compliance with rules and time discipline are the main factors. A high work ethic also contributes positively to employee productivity, by showing commitment and responsibility in carrying out tasks. In addition, a conducive work environment, both in terms of facilities and relationships between employees, also supports improved performance. Thus, improving work discipline, work ethic, and a good work environment can be an effective strategy in improving employee performance at the Central Java regional Police Logistics Bureau.
