PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TOKO GENIACOMPUTER DI IT MALL SIMPANG LIMA SEMARANG (STUDI KASUS PADA PELANGGAN TOKO GENIACOMPUTER PLASA SIMPANG LIMA SEMARANG)
This study focused on the influence of service quality, product quality, and price on customers' satisfaction at the Genia Computer Store in IT Mall Simpang Lima Semarang. The population in this study was unknown, with an unknown number of customers at the Genia Computer Store in IT Mall Simpang Lima Semarang. The sample calculation used the Isaac Michael formula, resulting in a sample size of 100. The sampling technique used the result showed that service quality and price significant influenced customers' satisfaction. Product quality, on the other hand no effect on customers' satisfaction.
