PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN (STUDI KASUS PADA FIRST MEDIA SEMARANG)
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on customers' satisfaction in a case study at First Media Semarang. This research was quantitative research. The population in this study were First Media customer in Semarang, with an unknown population size. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling, where the sampling technique was determined based on chance, anyone who meet the researcher can be used as a subject deemed eligible for sampling. Based on calculations using the Rao Purba formula in Asra (2019), the number of respondents used in this study was 100. The data analysis method used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this study indicate that service quality and price have a significant positive effect on customers' satisfaction.
