PENGARUH KOMPENSARI, MOTIVASI, AND DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA ESTA DIGITAL PRINT
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Esta Digital Print. The sample in this study consisted of 33 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression data analysis with SPPS. The result showed that compensation had no effect on employee performance, while work motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Esta Digital Print.
