PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KECAMATAN CANDISARI KOTA SEMARANG

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employees' performance in the Candisari District, Semarang. The population in this study were all 35 employees at the Candisari District Office, Semarang City. This study used a saturated sampling technique, a sampling technique where all members of the population were useh as samples. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The result showed that work discipline and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employees' performance, while the work environment did not affect employees' performance.
