PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR KECAMATAN CANDISARI SEMARANG
This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Candisari sub-district office, Semarang city. The data in this research is quantitative, consisting of numerical values. The population in this study were all employees at the Candisari District Office, Semarang city. This research used a saturated sample of 37 people. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling, namely a sampling technique that does not provide an equal chance for each element or member of the population to be selected as a simple. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research result show that hypothesis testing, both partially and simultaneously, shows that motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 39.9%, which means that work motivation and work environment are able to explain employee performance by 39.9%, while the remaining 60.7% is explained by other variable the research model.
