PENGARUH INSENTIF DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN TRANS SEMARANG KORIDOR 4
This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee performance Trans Semarang, Corridor 4. Incentives and work motivation are crucial factors that can enhance employee performance in achieving operational targets and providing optimal services to the public. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of Corridor 4 Trans Semarang. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of independent variables (incentives and work motivation) on the dependent variable (employee perfomance).
The results indicate that incentives have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, meaning that batter incentives lead to improved employee performance. Likewise, work motivation significantly contributes to enhancing employee performance. Furthermore, simultaneous analysis shows that incentives and work motivation collectively influence employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of Trans Semarang continuously improve incentive policies and motivation strategies to boost productivity and service quality in public transportation.
