ANALISIS AKUNTABILITAS BANTUAN STIMULAN PERUMAHAN SWADAYA (BSPS) DI KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

This study aims to analyze the level of accountability in the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance (BSPS) program in Grobogan Regency using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The study used a quantitative approach with a population of all BSPS assistance recipients in Grobogan Regency in 2023-2024, totaling 44 recipient. Data were obtained from a study of financial report documentation, recipient verification, and other supporting documents. The result of the study indicate that overall the BSPS program in Grobogan Regency has been running accountably, with the majority of recipients (31 out of 44) having an accountability value (V) between 0.020-0.025. The three best recipients, namely S13 (V=0.029), S11, and (V=0.028), showed very good performance in the criteria of transparency and targeting accuracy. However, there are still recipients with low scores such as S8 and S3 (V=0.019) who need improvement in the aspects of transparency and procedural compliance. The implications of this research recommend the need for low-performing recipients. The Weighted Product method has proven effective as an objective and structured accountability evaluation tool.
