This research aims to alayze the influence of work motivation,work discipline and work environment on employee performance in Genuk Disttrict.Data in this study are quantitative,namely in the form of numercial values.The population in this study were all ASN and Non ASN employees in Genuk District.The research sample was obtained from 59 ASN and Non ASN employees in Genuk District.in this research,the sampling tecnique used is random sampling,where sampling technique in which every member of the populations has an equal chance of being seleced into the sample.The selection process is done randomly ,without any element of subjectivity or discriminiation .The analysis tecnique used was multiple linear regressions.the coefficient of determination value was 63.2%which means that the dependent variable of employee performance was influenced by the independent variables of employee performance was influenced by the independent variabless namely work motivation,work discipline and work environment by 63,2%whilie the reamaining 36,8%was explained by other variablas not included in the research model.
