PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KINERJA PERGAWAI TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT (STUDI DI KELURAHAN TERBOYO KULON KECAMATAN GENUK SEMARANG)
This study aims to analyze and provide evidence regarding the effect of organizational commitment,service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction.The variables used in this study areorganizational commitmen,service qualitiy and employee performance as indenpandent variables and community satisfaction as dependent variable.The sample .in this study consisted of 84 respondents taken from each RT in Terboyo Kulon Village.The method used is proportional stratifed random sampling by distributing questionnaires to the community according to the number of subpopulations.The anaylsis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that organizational commitment has a significant effect on community satisfaction,service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction,and employee perfomance has a significant effect on community satisfaction.
