ANALISIS KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL ASTON INN PANDANARAN SEMARANG
This study aims to find out about the performance of employees of the Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang. employee performance is ''an achievement at a certain level in a job, program, policy that is in line with the realization of targets, vision-mission, and company goals''. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using an in-depth interview research instrument with informants and analyzed using observer triangulation techniques. The results obtained from this study are that the performance of employees of the Aston Inn Pandanaran Semarang has been running optimally but must continue to be improved in the future
