ANALISIS KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA ANEKA JAYA MRANGGEN
The purpose of this writing is to analyze customer satisfaction at Aneka Jaya Mranggen. This writing uses descriptive data analysis method. The population for this writing was 96 respondents. From the results of this writing, it can be concluded that customer satisfaction in the indicators of conformity to expectations, interest in revisiting and willingness to recommend is included in the very good category. Service quality in the indicators of reliability, guarantee attention, physical evidence is included in the very good category. Price indicators include price suitability with product quality, price competitiveness, and prices that can influence consumers in making decisions including the very good category. Meanwhile, the indicators of price affordability and suitability of price with benefits are in the good category.
