ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN TEMBALANG SEMARANG
The aim of this research is to analyze employee performance at the Tembalang District Office, Semarang. This research uses descriptive data analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were 38 respondents. The research results are based on an analysis of the performance of the Tembalang Semarang District Office employees in the indicators of Goals, feedback, Tools or Means, Competencies, Motives and opportunities including good ratings, while the Standard indicators are included in very good ratings.
