The purpose of this study is to analyze employee performance at the Melania Regina Semarang foundation.This study uses a questionnaire collection technique using a descriptive data analysis method with a sample of 30 respondents.The results of the study indicate that the competence of performance is in the good category and work discipline of performance is in the very good category.
