This research is to analyze the performance of employees at the Mimika Regency Papua Bappeda service.The research is a descripitive analysis research with 32 respondents.Based on this research,it shows that the performance of Bappeda Mimika Regency Papua employees in the indicators of Goals,Standards,Feedback,Tools and Facilities,Competencies,Motives and Opportunities is in the good category.
