PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINANAN PARTISIPATIF DAN KEDISIPLINAN LURAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DI KELURAHAN GEBANGSARI

This study analyzed the influence of participative leadership style and discipline of the village head on community participation in Gebangsari Village. The population in this study was the leaders of institutions in Gebangsari Village. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 72 people representing the existing population. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the community in Gebangsari Village. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis tools were used to test the influence of leadership style and discipline of the village head on community participation. The result showed that leadership style had a significant positive influence on the level of community participation, while the village head's discipline had no influence.
